Our Wellness team works to meet a wide variety of individual needs by touching on all aspects of wellness. Addressing more than just physical health is important because an individuals overall well-being encompasses various dimensions that contribute to health and happiness. We work to incorporate the entire wellness wheel including physical, spiritual, emotional, occupational, intellectual, environmental, financial and social.
On-Site Gym
Having an on-site gym is one way our wellness team supports employees by making it convenient to prioritize physical health each day.
Along with open gym there are also group fitness classes over the lunch hour each day.
Monthly Lunch and Learns
Lunch and Learns are presented by local industry professionals, covering the latest health and wellness content.
These events provide our employees a unique opportunity to discover valuable insights, practical tips, and expert advice on a range of wellness topics.
On-Site Preventative Screenings
Preventive screenings are important for proactively managing and maintaining an individuals health.
By bringing mobile screenings to our employees we are offering convenience and accessibility.
Y360 Partnership
We have partnered with the YMCA to provide our employees access to livestream and on-demand classes in our on-site gym.
Y360 offers videos ranging from group exercise to well-being classes.
